I recently was introduced to Reply Me. I had a horrible comment responder that sent a reply email to everyone who commented on my blog. That was bad. Reply Me only sends an email to those comments that have been responded to.
Yet Another Related Post Plugin creates deep links within all of your posts on your blog. When setting this plugin up you can choose different options to allow the plugin to choose different posts.

Another newer plugin that I feel you should have. RSS footer tags all your feeds with a link back to your blog. So if someone is scraping your blog for content and they don’t link back to you, the link will already be there inserted by the RSS Footer.
