ChicaLogic, the makers of ChicaPC-Fix, has a new product to help protect your computer and get it running faster. The new product is ChicaPC-Shield and ChicaLogic has partnered with Malwarebytes to create a very user-friendly product for even the non-techy woman.
Any techy knows that you should not only have anti-virus and spam blockers on your computer but you should also run Malwarebytes. Most non-techies are unaware of the additional protection. Malware includes computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, spyware, dishonest adware, scareware, crimeware, most rootkits, and other malicious and unwanted software or program. It is very important to have both an anit-virus and anti-malware program on your computer to help keep it 100% secure.
Since there are many women who shy away from anything too techie, ChicaPC-Shield is a perfect solution. The interface is simple and uses female friendly colors. There are not too many settings to change so running a scan is simple. Just one click of a button and your system is scanned.
At the completion of the scan you can view your results.
My new computer is just a few months old, and I am very careful on the internet. I have anti-virus protection on my computer that runs automatically. But you never really know what gets through it. I installed ChicaPC-Shield and ran a scan today. These were my results:

My kids seem to jump on my laptop when in arm reach instead of getting up and getting on their own. They tend to go on these game sites that my laptop doesn’t agree with and it cause my computer to go in rage and several windows start popping up until I have to manuel hold down the power button for it shut-down. I too have a protection, but seem like something pass thru one of the cracks. I need to have something more protected so I can feel at ease.

And my computer nightmare that this program could have helped with was when my internet explorer decided to go nuts and open page after page until I had 56 windows open I had trojan’s and multiple others going on
I’d never thought about gender specific software before – but I guess there must be a market out there for it. I suppose if the price is the same it makes sense to have the interface in a colour that appeals to the customers.
